Privacy Policy

ACTIQO ("ACTIQO", "we", "our", or "us") is operated by FindYourVine LLC, a Michigan-based company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. It covers the ACTIQO application and this website, getactiqo.com.

1. Who ACTIQO Is For

ACTIQO is a parent-directed service. Only adults hold accounts. Adults may create child profiles and provide information about children’s activities, schedules, participation, preparation needs, costs, and experiences. ACTIQO does not permit children to create accounts or use the service independently. Account holders represent that they are a parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorised to provide and manage the information they submit about a child.

This policy covers both the ACTIQO application and this website, getactiqo.com. Where a practice applies to only one of them, that is stated.

2. Information You Provide

Account information. Name, email address, password or single sign-on identifier, timezone, and notification and marketing preferences.

Child profiles. Name, birthdate, grade, pronouns, gender, avatar, and colour identifier.

Activities. Activity names, schedules, times, locations and addresses, handler information, and notes.

Check-Ins. Attendance, reasons for absence, enjoyment and energy ratings, and notes.

Costs. Fees, expenses, budgets, travel estimates, and vehicle type.

Reflections and Highlights. Weekly and monthly prompts, saved moments, results, scores, and free text.

Family members and caregivers. Names, email addresses, and roles.

Phone number. Only if you opt in to Check-In text messages.

Support and feedback. Messages you send us and feedback you submit in the app.

On this website. Your email address, and the other fields listed in section 8, when you submit a form.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Device and technical data. IP address, device and browser type, operating system, application version, and error reports.

Push tokens. Used to deliver notifications you have enabled.

Product-usage events. Screen and feature usage, as described in section 8.

4. Location Information

ACTIQO handles two different kinds of location information, and treats them differently.

Stored location. Activity addresses and coordinates, and your home postal code and coordinates, are stored so that routes and leave times can be calculated.

Transient device location. On iOS and Android, and only if you grant permission, your current position is read on the device to improve a leave-time estimate. It is retained for approximately ten minutes and then discarded. It is never sent to our servers and no history of it is stored.

This website does not request or receive device location.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the core service: schedules, leave-by times, Game Plans, Check-Ins, costs, Insights, and household coordination. We use it to send notifications you have opted into, by push, email or text message. We use it to generate AI-assisted summaries and suggestions, as described in section 6. We use it for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting; for service improvement and development; and to respond to support requests and manage billing where billing applies.

You keep ownership of the information you add.

6. AI-Assisted Features

Some features — weekly and monthly Insights and summaries, reflection write-ups, Highlight headlines, and contextual post-session messages — are generated with the assistance of Google Gemini.

The information shared with Google for this purpose may include children’s names, activity names, attendance, enjoyment and energy ratings, costs, scores, and free text you have entered. Google returns generated text, which is stored in your account.

A non-AI fallback is available. AI output is informational and can be wrong; it is not advice, and it should not be relied on as a diagnosis or a professional assessment.

7. Text Messages and Email

Check-In text messages. ACTIQO sends text messages only where you have verified a phone number and opted in. Messages relate to activity check-ins and reminders. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Email. We send account and service emails. You may also opt in to a weekly activity digest. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe option.

This website does not collect phone numbers and does not send text messages.

8. This Website: Analytics, Advertising, Forms and Attribution

This section describes getactiqo.com specifically. The practices below apply to visitors of these public marketing pages, and are separate from the signed-in application described elsewhere in this policy.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZVERFZHP4S) to understand how this website is used. It records the pages you view and interaction events such as which tools you start and complete, which links and calls to action you use, and how far you scroll.

Google Analytics is loaded with analytics storage defaulted to denied. Where your browser does not send a Do Not Track signal, the site permits analytics storage automatically; it does not ask you first, and this automatic permission is not a consent choice you have made. Where your browser does send Do Not Track, Google Analytics does not store analytics cookies.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (ID 1472614717837460) on the public pages of this website for advertising measurement and audience building — that is, to measure how our advertising performs and to build audiences for future advertising.

Meta receives public-page and interaction data from this website. That includes the pages you view, the tools you complete, and the same interaction events sent to Google Analytics. Where a website tool produces a result, the result score and tier parameters are included in the event data sent to Meta. This applies to the Overscheduled Kids Checker, the Are Kids Doing Enough Activities check, and the Youth Sports Cost Calculator. Meta also receives your IP address, browser user agent and referring page, and sets its own identifiers as described in our Cookie Policy.

The Meta Pixel is not controlled by the Do Not Track setting that governs Google Analytics on this site. The Do Not Track check described above applies to Google Analytics only. The Meta Pixel loads on these pages regardless of that signal. A no-JavaScript image pixel also loads on these pages; because it is a plain image request it runs before any script, and it is not affected by that setting either. Both can be blocked using browser settings, tracking-protection features or an extension, as described in the Cookie Policy.

What Meta does not receive

Meta does not receive your ACTIQO account information, your household data, or anything you enter in the signed-in application. Specifically, the following are not sent to Meta: children’s names, birthdates or profile details; activity addresses, exact schedules or locations; Check-In notes, reflections, ratings or free text; stored or device location; and cost or expense entries recorded in the app.

The exception is stated plainly above: the numeric result score and tier label produced by the public website tools are sent to Meta as event parameters. Through this integration, ACTIQO does not send Meta the email address entered in a website form, child names, birthdates, addresses, exact schedules, Check-In notes, reflections, ratings, free text, stored or device location, or app cost entries.

Forms and Formspree

Every form on this website is processed by Formspree, a third-party form provider, which receives the submitted fields before they reach us. The forms and the fields they submit are:

• Waitlist and early-access sign-up — your email address, and where present the source, intent, interest and step fields that record which page and prompt you responded to.
• Worksheet and template downloads — your email address and a subject field identifying the download.
• Tool-result requests — your email address, the source and page, the result score and tier, and the result URL. For the Youth Sports Cost Calculator this also includes the estimated annual cost and cost range.
• Data deletion requests — your email address, a request type of data_deletion, and any note you add.

If you would prefer that a privacy request not pass through a third-party form provider, email privacy@actiqo.app directly instead of using the form in section 13.

Hosting and fonts

This website is hosted by Vercel, which receives your IP address and request data in the ordinary course of serving pages. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address, browser user agent and the referring page when a font file is requested.

Advertising attribution and links into the app

When you arrive from an advertisement or a campaign link, this website stores the advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters from that link — fbclid, gclid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term — in your browser’s session storage. When you follow a link from this website into the ACTIQO application at actiqo.app, those parameters are added to the destination address so that a sign-up can be attributed to the advertisement that produced it. This information is held only for the current browsing session and is cleared when you close the tab.

We do not use children’s activity information, health-related information, or precise location information for advertising targeting.

9. Service Providers

We share information with the following providers, who process it on our behalf and for the purposes described:

• Supabase — database, storage, authentication and functions.
• Vercel — website and application hosting.
• Google — Sign-in; Maps, Places and Geocoding; Gemini; Firebase Cloud Messaging; Analytics; and Fonts.
• Apple — Sign-in, iOS push notifications, Live Activities, and App Store purchases.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement and audience building on this website, as described in section 8.
• Formspree — processing of every form on this website, as described in section 8.
• Twilio — phone verification and Check-In text messages; receives the phone number and message content.
• Resend — email delivery; receives the email address and message content.
• Geoapify — geocoding; receives a postal code or address text.
• Open-Meteo — weather; receives a postal code, not a name.
• Microsoft Clarity — application usage recording with text and input masking; not used on tokenised links.
• Amplitude — product-usage events where enabled; session recording only on masked public pages.
• Sentry — error and performance reports, with personal information scrubbed.
• Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection on public forms; receives an IP address and a challenge token.
• Stripe and RevenueCat — payment and subscription processing if and when paid plans are introduced. Card details are never stored by ACTIQO.

We do not sell your personal information.

10. Aggregated and De-identified Information

We may create aggregated and de-identified information — for example the frequency of an activity category in a region, or enjoyment trends by age band. We may use it to improve and develop the service, to produce recommendations and benchmarks, and for research and planning. It is retained indefinitely.

This information is built from age bands, activity categories, frequency, and distance and cost bands. It is not built from names, contact details, addresses, coordinates, or verbatim text.

We retain information for the periods below.

12. Your Choices and Rights

Export your data. You can download your data from Settings in the application.

Delete your account. You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion is irreversible.

Notifications. You can manage notifications in Settings, and reply STOP to any text message.

Location. You control location permission in your phone settings. ACTIQO functions without it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, to delete information, to obtain a portable copy of information you provided, and to object to or opt out of certain processing, including processing for advertising purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@actiqo.app, or use the deletion form in section 13. Where we cannot otherwise confirm that a request comes from you or someone authorised to act for you, we may ask for information to verify identity before acting; we ask for no more than is needed for that purpose. We honour requests as required by the laws that apply to you, and we will tell you if an exception under those laws prevents us from acting on part of a request.

You can limit advertising personalisation directly with Meta through your Meta account settings, and you can prevent Google Analytics measurement using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The Cookie Policy explains the browser controls that apply to each.

13. Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information at any time. We will process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Requests submitted through the form below are transmitted to and processed by Formspree, our form provider, before reaching us. If you would prefer your request not to pass through a third-party form provider, email privacy@actiqo.app directly.

14. Children’s Privacy

ACTIQO is designed for parents and guardians and is not directed to children under 13. Only adults hold accounts. Parents and guardians enter and manage all information about a child, and can view, correct or delete it at any time in the application or by emailing privacy@actiqo.app.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted personal information directly to ACTIQO, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We do not share children’s information with advertisers or third-party marketers, and we do not use children’s activity information for advertising targeting. The website analytics and advertising described in section 8 measure visits to public marketing pages and the score and tier those public tools produce; they do not carry information from a child’s profile.

15. Security

We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and encryption of stored data. Please keep your account credentials private. No internet-based service is perfectly secure.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where a change is material and we can reasonably reach you, we will communicate it by email.
