ACTIQO 4.0 preview · Home Preview of the redesigned ACTIQO Home screen. The next activity, a Saturday dance class, shows a 9:45 AM leave-by time based on 10 minutes of travel, one of four items packed, pickup still needing someone with an Assign button, and drop-off saved. Below it, the next seven days list six sessions across two children.
The redesigned Home leads with what the next activity needs: when to leave, what’s packed, and who still needs to take pickup. This redesigned experience is in development and may differ from the version currently available.

The problem and our thesis

The activity lasts an hour. The coordination lasts all week.

A family with several children in sports, lessons and clubs is running a small operation: drop-offs and pickups, gear, handoffs between adults, fees, and the recurring question of whether each activity still fits. Today that work is split across calendars, team apps, group texts and one parent’s memory.

ACTIQO connects it in three layers, each built on the one before:

  1. Coordination Who’s responsible, when to leave and what to bring, across every child and activity. This is what families use every week. Home · Game Plan
  2. Understanding Recorded costs, scheduled time, and patterns from the family’s own check-ins, described only once there’s enough data. Costs & Time · Insights
  3. Decision support Context for whether to continue, change, pause or add an activity. The family makes the decision. Try a Change, exploring for 4.0

A calendar records when things happen, and a team app serves one team. ACTIQO is built around the household, so the work that coordination creates becomes the information families use to decide what’s worth continuing. What Family Activity Intelligence means

The redesigned product experience

One connected experience instead of separate screens

ACTIQO 4.0 preview. These screens come from the redesigned experience we’re building. It is in development and may differ from the version currently available.

Go-to-market and distribution

Reaching parents before they know to look for us

Our early distribution strategy is to be useful first. We publish free planning tools and answer-first guides where parents already search, with ACTIQO as the natural next step and every path measured.

Shipped acquisition assets

Measurement in place

  • A search baseline for the tools and guides, recorded in late October
  • Signup clicks attributed to the page and placement they came from, with no personal data

Active experiments

  • Which tools and guides lead parents to try ACTIQO
  • Snack Rotation as a loop that reaches parents who don’t use ACTIQO yet
  • Outreach to parenting creators, coaches and youth activity organizations

Distribution hypotheses

  • Clubs, leagues and schools could offer ACTIQO to the families they already serve
  • Creators who speak to busy parents could introduce ACTIQO to the people it’s built for

The questions we’re working to answer

  • Acquisition: which searches, tools and shared links bring parents who go on to create an account?
  • Activation: how quickly does a new family get to a first week that ACTIQO actually helped with?
  • Engagement: which coordination moments bring families back week after week, and does that lead to the check-ins that make Insights useful?

Decision support

What if you could see the impact before changing the plan?

Families decide to add a practice night, try a new sport or move a lesson without seeing what the change would cost in time and money. Try a Change, an early concept for ACTIQO 4.0, lets a family compare a hypothetical week with the one they have. Nothing changes unless they decide it should.

ACTIQO 4.0 is in development. We aren’t announcing a release date, and what it includes may change as we test it with families.

Concept preview of Try a Change. It explores changes without changing the schedule. A Now column shows the recorded week of six sessions, and a What-if column shows a hypothetical week that has not changed yet. Below are monthly activity fees of $425 and controls to adjust sessions per week for soccer, karate, swimming and dance, or add a hypothetical activity.

What comes next

Three priorities for the months ahead

  1. Deliver a cohesive, reliable product experience. Ship the redesigned Home, Game Plan, Costs & Time and Insights as one dependable experience on iPhone, Android and the web.
  2. Improve parent acquisition and activation. Find which channels bring families who stay, and get every new family to a useful first week without needing an explanation.
  3. Explore scalable distribution through youth activity and family organizations. Test whether clubs, leagues, schools and family-focused organizations want to bring ACTIQO to the families they serve.

For investors and partners

If you’re an investor, a potential partner, or a youth activity or family organization, we’d welcome the conversation.
