Family Calendar Sync for Kids’ Activities | ACTIQO
Calendar Sync

Your calendar already knows when practice is.
ACTIQO helps your family handle everything around it.

Connect Google Calendar, or the calendars already on your iPhone, and every practice, game, lesson and rehearsal stops being a time on a screen and becomes something your household can actually run — who is taking them, when to leave, what goes in the bag, what it costs.

Connecting a calendar is optional. ACTIQO reads the calendars you pick — it never creates, edits or deletes events in them.

The schedule is never the hard part

Most families already know when practice is. It is in a team app, a club portal, a school newsletter, a group chat, and — eventually — somebody’s calendar. What nobody has is the part that decides whether the evening works: who is driving, when you actually have to leave, what has to be packed, who is covering the overlap, and what the season is costing.

ACTIQO starts from the schedules you already have, instead of asking your family to rebuild them somewhere new.

What ACTIQO connects to

Google Calendar

Connect your Google account and choose which calendars ACTIQO should bring in. ACTIQO asks for read-only permission: it can see your calendar list so you can select calendars, and read events on the ones you choose. It cannot create, change or delete anything in Google Calendar. You can disconnect in ACTIQO, or revoke access from your Google Account, whenever you want.

Apple and device calendars

On iPhone, ACTIQO can work with the calendars already on your device — including the team and club schedules you have subscribed to there. Whatever already lands in your phone’s calendar can become part of the family picture.

Exactly what ACTIQO reads, how it is used, how long it is kept, and how to disconnect is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Team app schedules can come in too

ACTIQO does not connect to sports platforms directly. It does not need to. Most of them can already publish a team schedule into a calendar, and a calendar is something ACTIQO can work with.

ACTIQOThe family layer: leave times, responsibilities, prep, costs, check-ins

Where a platform supports it, the schedule arrives in your calendar and keeps itself roughly up to date. We have written a short guide for each of the three parents ask about most:

ACTIQO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GameChanger, PlayMetrics or TeamSnap, and does not connect to them directly. Their names are used here descriptively, and schedules reach ACTIQO through a Google or Apple calendar you choose to connect.

A calendar tells you when. ACTIQO tells your family what to do about it.

What the calendar entry says

Soccer practice — 6:00 PM

Accurate. Also the smallest part of the evening.

What your family still has to work out

  • Who is taking them — and who is picking them up, when it is not the same adult
  • When to actually leave — ACTIQO works out the leave time, accounting for traffic
  • What needs to come — a checklist on the event, not a memory test in the driveway
  • What is still unassigned — the Thursday nobody has claimed yet
  • What it is costing — fees, gear and travel tracked against the activity
  • How it actually went — check-ins that build a picture over a season

That is the difference between a schedule and a plan. The schedule is the easy half, and it is the half your family already has.

It is not one parent’s job

Most activity coordination collapses onto whoever is holding it in their head. ACTIQO is built so that it does not have to:

Co-parent

Full shared access to the same activities, assignments and plans — not a forwarded screenshot.

Caregiver

A grandparent or sitter can be included by email, with what they need for the handoff, without installing anything.

Everyone else

Responsibilities are assigned per event, so “who is handling Thursday” has an answer before Thursday.

Common questions

Does ACTIQO change my Google Calendar?
No. ACTIQO reads the calendars you choose. It does not create, change or delete events or calendars in your Google Account, and it does not hold a permission that would let it. Connecting is optional, and you can disconnect in ACTIQO or revoke access from your Google Account at any time.
Does ACTIQO connect to GameChanger, PlayMetrics or TeamSnap?
Not directly. ACTIQO has no integration with those platforms. Many of them can publish a team schedule to a calendar, and once that schedule is in a Google or Apple calendar you connect, ACTIQO can work with it like any other activity.
What happens when the team changes a practice time?
The change flows the way your calendar receives it. Subscribed team calendars refresh on the calendar provider's schedule rather than instantly, so for a same-day change the team app is still the faster source.
Do both parents need ACTIQO for this to help?
No. A co-parent gets full shared access if they want it, and a caregiver can be included by email without installing anything.
What does it cost?
ACTIQO Early Access is open and includes the full Family experience with no payment required. No payment method is collected. ACTIQO expects to introduce paid plans later, and any change will be communicated in advance.
